The Synta 2″ Dual Speed Focuser for 8″ or 10″ Newtonians is a smooth dual-speed focuser  with a 10:1 gear ratio. The Crayford-style focuser uses a roller rather than a rack and pinion which applies backlash-free movement to the focuser drawtube.
