The iOptron PST Micro Tracker is the ultimate portable DSLR sky tracking device. It’s small and light enough to put into your pocket, yet it can carry up to 3kg of imaging gear. 

Weighing only 390 grams (0.86lbs) this pocket size imaging tool features 4 tracking rates, sidereal for stars and deep space, lunar for the moon, solar for the sun, and ½ rate for imaging the Milky Way with terrestrial objects in the foreground. Its powerful motor and worm/gear drive train operate silently as it precisely tracks the target subject(s). The metal CNC machined body is not only appealing to the eye, it’s rugged enough to take on any outdoor adventure. The PST has a vixen style dovetail that slides into the optional AZ base or it can mount directly to a tripod by a 3/8″-16 or 1/4″-20 post. 

The PST Micro Tracker has an internal rechargeable Li-Poly battery that can last for up to 10 hours (at 20°C) and can also be powered from an external 5 volt power bank.

The optional side bracket for holding an iOptron AccuAlign^TM optical polar scope or iPolar for precise polar alignment for a serious astroimaging user. It also has a “peek hole” for basic alignment.
