This adaptor connects the TeleVue Paracorr to M68 female thread (TS M68 – Paracorr – M48). Instead of the original 2 inch tube this adaptor is being screwed directly with the focuser unit of the CRL 2.5″ MoonLite focuser (or adaptions with M68x1 female connection). That increases the stability immensely because there is no possibility for flexions anymore. With heavy camera and accessories a clamping connection always offers a slight potential for dislocation. Screw the VIP-2010 directly into the adapter through the TeleVue thread with 65mm diameter and than screw both into the focuser. The adapter makes the right distance 55mm from the camera sensor to the camera.
