The limit switch for the ScopeDome Arduino card stops the shutter motor when it is opened or closed. It also acts as a shutter position sensor. Two limit switches are necessary for the correct operation of the automation. One for the opening direction, second for closing.

The ScopeDome limit switches have a short cable and connector installed for plug and play wiring.
