This is an adapter that allows you to adjust the height and angle of your camera on the top of the Nomad tracking mount.

The mount will allow you not only to shoot panoramas with the horizon correctly aligned in the field of view, or start a Milky Way time lapse with the horizon straight. It’ll also help you lift your camera up so that it can’t crash into another part of the mount as the whole train rotates overnight.

It also has a handy micro-rotator in its base.

The thread on the bottom of the mount is a 3/8″ with a 1/4″ adapter. On the top you’ll find a 1/4″ bolt to attach the camera.
